Blue Dahlia Bistro Westlake opens second location!

Picture
After months of preparation, Blue Dahlia Bistro Westlake will open its doors for business Friday, June 8, 2012. “It is the coolest thing to watch our dream of a second restaurant unfold and become a reality” says Amy Ramirez, Owner. This will be the second for the French inspired bistro, the first being the successful location at 1115 E. 11th, Austin Texas . While the address may be different from the original location, the mission will still be to, among other things, use local and organic food when available.

In addition to the menu, owners Amy and Sam Ramirez are anxious to show off all the attention to detail that has been given the new location. From Parisian chairs to woodworking by local furniture maker B.C. Armbruster and lighting designed by Accent Lighting, everything has been specifically selected to create a certain ambiance. Amy explains, “So many hands have been involved; so much energy has been given to this project.” She laughs, “Our contractor Richard Trahan did a great job facilitating all of our crazy ideas.”

Blue Dahlia Bistro menu includes breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Wine and beer are also served.
